to the home of the Youngstown Municipal Clerk of Court on the
web. The
Court handles most traffic, criminal and civil cases that occur
within the boundaries of the City of Youngstown. Located at 26
S. Phelps St, Youngstown, Ohio, the Clerks Office operates 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. The Clerk of Court and her 30 employees
take pride that the Court’s respect for the citizens of
Youngstown is exceeded only by it’s respect for law and
justice.
The Clerk's Office Can:
~Answer questions you may have about court procedures.
~Help you find information about your case and where you must
go for court.
~Answer questions about money owed to the court.
~Direct you to other agencies that can provide assistance.
The Clerk's Office Cannot:
~Give you legal advice or fill out forms for you.
~Tell you what to say or write.
~Recommend lawyers or bonding agents.
~Reschedule for the Judge's office.
