Welcome to the home of the Youngstown Municipal Clerk of Court on the web. The Court handles most traffic, criminal and civil cases that occur within the boundaries of the City of Youngstown. Located at 26 S. Phelps St, Youngstown, Ohio, the Clerks Office operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Clerk of Court and her 30 employees take pride that the Court’s respect for the citizens of Youngstown is exceeded only by it’s respect for law and justice.
